Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Pada Perawat Rumah Sakit Islam Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru

This research conducted to analyze The Influence of Transformasional Leadership, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Nurse Organizational Commitment (Study at Islam Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru.) There are independent variables in this research such as Transformasional Leadership (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), Job Satisfaction (X3) and Nurse Organizational Commitment (Y) as dependent variabel. The population of this study were nurse at Islam Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru and total sample were 108 peoples. Multiple regression method are chosen for data analysis by SPSS version 21. The result of this research shows that Transformasional Leadership, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction both simultaneously and partially had effects with Nurse Organizational Commitment at Islam Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru.. Organization Culture were dominant factor towards Nurse Organizational Commitment. The expectation of this research is Islam Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru should improve Transformasional Leadership, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction among nurse in order to improve Nurse Organizational Commitment

Pengaruh Kejenuhan Kerja, Beban Kerja, dan Konflik Kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja Perawat RSUD Dr. Rm. Pratomo Bagan Siapiapi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

Dr. RM. Pratomo Bagan Siapiapi District Rokan Hilir Hospital located at Jl. Pahlawan, No.131 Bagan Siapi-Api sub district Bangko is an organization engaged of health care. The process of development in the hospital as an organization health care advanced rapidly. Therefore, ones of the factors that must be considered of the hospital development were the human resource. The highly pressure of work as a nurse due to working conditions which are in pressure can affect the work motivation of nurses. In addition, the external and internal factors such as burnout, workload and work conflict perceived nurses also can affect the work motivation of nurses. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of burnout, workload and work conflict toward nurses work motivation of Dr. RM. Pratomo Bagan Siapi-Api District Rokan Hilir Hospital by simultaneously and partially. The collecting data used questionnaires, amounting to 5 items for work motivation variable, 5 items for burnout variable, 4 item for workload variable and 4 items for work conflict variable which distributed into 113 nurses of Dr. RM. Pratomo Bagan Siapi-Api District Rokan Hilir Hospital and the data were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that; 1) Burnout, workload and work conflict affected nurses work motivation simultaneously. 2) Burnout affected nurses work motivation partially. 3) Workload doesn't affected nurses work motivation partially. 4) Work conflict affected nurses work motivation partially

Melindungi perempuan dapat membatasi dan menghapuskan segala tindak kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, sama dengan dijelaskan dalam Undang-Undang Penghapusan KDRT Nomor 23 Tahun 2004, yang juga dapat membangun perlindungan hukum untuk menciptakan keluarga yang harmonis dan reformasi pemerintahan yang adil. Untuk lebih melindungi perempuan di Indonesia, khususnya di Binjai. Pusat Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak di Binjai merupakan penelitian tentang kekerasan dalam rumah tangga di wilayah ini dilakukan dengan memakai metode penelitian hukum standar, yang dianalisis secara kualitatif dan ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hasil penelitian tentang kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Menurut penelitian, selama pandemi Covid-19, banyak kejahatan KDRT yang terjadi di dalam rumah tangga atau umumnya dianggap KDRT yang dilakukan oleh pasangan, dan objeknya sebagian besar adalah perempuan atau suami. Di bawah pengaruh kekerasan fisik, tekanan mental dan psikologis, kesehatan reproduksi terganggu secara biologis hingga akhirnya terganggu secara sosiologis. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah kota Binjai dapat memberikan informasi tentang kekerasan dalam rumah tangga, perawatan fisik korban dan merekomendasikan pusat perempuan dalam krisis dengan bantuan penegak hukum dan lembaga pendukung, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup perempuan dengan melindungi hak perempuan di Binjai

Distributing Imported Horticultural Fresh Products to consumers takes a long time or days so that they have to meet the quality standard and/or food security so that they will be safe to be consumed and will not harm consumers health and social welfare. Article 88 Paragraph 1 and 4 of law No.13/2010 on Horticulture regulate responsibility that everyone who distributing imported horticultural fresh products have to meet quality standard and/or food security. Criminal provision expressly stated in the article 128 and 129 of law No.13/2010 on Horticulture, anyone who distributing imported horticultural fresh products that do not meet the quality standard and/or food security required criminally accountable for his actions because it is very harmful to human health both present and future generations. The Criteria of quality standard and/or food security is stipulated in PP No.28/2004 on Food, Quality and Nutrition. Criminal responsibility, applied to perpetrators in criminal act and implemented in the principle of “no crime without any fault”. Fault aspects can be in the form of taking responsibility, willfulness or negligence and excusing liability. The three aspects cannot be separated since they depend on one to another consecutively, an indispensable element for legal subject to be accountable committing the criminal act distributing imported horticultural fresh products that do not meet the quality standard and/or food security. Curative Effects of Triphala Extract against Swim Stress-Induced Gastric Ulcers via Reduced Ulcer Index, Strengthened Gastric Mucosa and Improved Redox State in Rats

Recently, the percentage of Peptic ulcer disease not linked to either Helicobacter pylori or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs has increased and signifies the prominent role of psychophysiological stress in the establishment and advancements of gastric ulcers and other peptic ulcer diseases. The current study was intended not only to develop post-treatment swim stress-induced peptic ulcer disease rat model but also to analyze the curative effects of hydro-alcoholic extract of Triphala in swim stress-induced peptic ulcer disease model. A post-treatment swim stress-induced peptic ulcer disease rat model was developed followed by therapeutic intervention of hydro-alcoholic extract of Triphala. The gross evaluation of gastric tissues showed that swim stress induces significant gastric ulcers in rats that could clearly be observed after 21 d of self-healing. Further, the findings of our interventional investigations revealed that hydro-alcoholic extract of Triphala exerts significant gastro-protective activity in swim stress-induced peptic ulcer disease via decreasing the ulcer index and increasing the protective gastric mucus content, whereas, the level/activities of catalase, superoxide dismutase, glutathione and malondialdehyde were also ameliorated after the administration of Triphala extract in experimental peptic ulcer disease model. In addition, the findings from our biochemical investigations are also well corroborated by histopathological observations. In conclusion, the current study demonstrates that swim-stress results in the development of gastric ulcers and damages the gastric mucosa along with the altered redox homeostasis in rats and Triphala extract exerts significant curative effects in posttreatment swim-stress-induced peptic ulcer disease rat model and may later be investigated and promoted for human clinical application

Environmental licence based on the Law on Living Environmental Management and Protection (UUPPLH) is a condition to obtain a business licence and/or activity. Functioning as an instrument of damage prevention and/or living environmental pollution in the framework of protecting and managing living environment. Environmental pollution belongs to living creature, substance, energy and/or other components polluted by human activities which is greater than the set standard quality of living environment. A control is needed to monitor the incident of living environmental pollution. Living environmental control or control for short is a sequence of activities which is directly or indirectly by the Living Environmental Controlling Official (PPLH) to find out, to ensure, and to determine the level of compliance of guarantor of business and/or activity set in the evironmental licence and the legislations in the field of living environmental management and protection. The control activity is intended to develop law reinforcement. The reinforcement of administrative environmental law is the control and application of the administrative sanction which are preventive (control) and repressive (administrative sanction) in nature. According to the UUPPLH criminal act is a violation done by an individual on the regulation of legislation and/or the provision of environmental licence. The criminal provision according to the UUPPLH to apply the criminal sanction related to environmental licence as regulated in Article 109, Article 111, and Article 112 of UUPPLH

An approximate binary-black-hole metric

An approximate solution to Einstein's equations representing two widely-separated non-rotating black holes in a circular orbit is constructed by matching a post-Newtonian metric to two perturbed Schwarzschild metrics. The spacetime metric is presented in a single coordinate system valid up to the apparent horizons of the black holes. This metric could be useful in numerical simulations of binary black holes. Initial data extracted from this metric have the advantages of being linked to the early inspiral phase of the binary system, and of not containing spurious gravitational waves.Comment: 20 pages, 1 figure; some changes in Sec.
